Funding Information

To receive financial support for the curriculum, schools must first apply for opioid settlement funds or a similar grant. For the 2025-2026 school year, we will waive that requirement on a case-by-case basis.

Common Funding Sources

Opioid Settlement Funds

More than $50 billion has been awarded to states through Opioid Settlements. Many states have grant programs to award settlement funds for substance use prevention through state and local government.
