Why We Recommend 1:1
When students take their books home, they share what they’ve learned, sparking powerful conversations with families. Educators report higher engagement, better retention, and stronger community impact.
Another option: Some schools purchase 1:1 classroom sets in the first year and then switch to the Standard Plan in future years.
You can also choose a different plan for each grade level.

Why are we charging?
At Emily’s Hope, we’re committed to removing the stigma of substance use disorder through prevention education. After years of offering our curriculum for free research, we’re launching a pricing model to ensure long-term sustainability and continued impact.
This change allows us to:
- Expand access to more schools and students across the country
- Continue improving our curriculum based on research and educator feedback
- Provide support, training, and updated materials each year
We remain deeply committed to equity. Financial support is available for schools that need it — because every student deserves access to this life-saving education.
